the land down under: HONORABLE MENTIONS

Just a few more so that I remember these moments...
LEAVING AMERICA: I made the kids a passport book that they could stamp for every place we visited in Australia.
Corbin fell asleep in the check in line at the airport...we were off to a good start! If only we could have made that last for 24 hours...:)
taking off...

Our first picture taken in Australia...
Dave's first time driving on the wrong side of the road in the wrong side of the car

I prepared a binder that had a step-by-step agenda for our entire trip. It had everything we wanted to see and what times they were open, their pricing information addresses/phone numbers and directions on how to get there. It was a LIFE SAVOR!! It made the trip so smooth.

*Corbin loved to chase the seagulls. They were everywhere and they were constantly trying to beg for food. During lunch a group of seagulls started to surround Corbin so he got scared and turned to run. As he did, a piece of meat fell out of his sandwich and onto his shoe! It was like a scene out of the Alfred Hitchcock movie, The Birds. Within seconds he was swarmed by 20 or so seagulls. It was crazy!

SYDNEY AQUARIUM

The shark behind them was HUGE! Corbin thought it was real and immediately said, "This is freaky. Let's get out of here!"
