St. Patrick's Day
The St. Patrick's Day leprechaun brought the kids gold coins, lucky charms, green gum and flowers in green water. We tried to make the flowers turn green but no such luck. Next time we are using carnations.

XOXO
Right before bedtime two nights ago Corbin walked into my room, looked me in the eyes and then crossed his index fingers and then made a loop with his other fingers, crossed his fingers again and then walked out, straight faced and not saying a word.
I laughed so hard. What was that?!!! I called for him to come back and asked him what that meant (surely he can't be learning gang signs in preschool, right?!!). Then he told me that it meant, XOXO...hugs and kisses...and my heart melted. I love that kid.
I made him come back and do it again so I could take pictures. :)

BOOK OF THE WEEK
EYES LIKE MINE
(March 26, 2012)

I loved that this story's message was based around LDS pioneer history. It made me want to read more about the early pioneers in our Church's history. In fact, if anyone has suggestions let me know.
The book itself is ok. It isn't very funny, it isn't life-changing. It just is what it is...just a touching book dealing with hard topics.
